My path in engineering.
I’m Faris Rustamov, a Full Stack engineer from Dushanbe and CTO at Ofarandagon and Hizmatrason. I build web and mobile applications, enterprise systems and telephony platforms, covering the lifecycle from requirements and architecture to launch and ongoing development.
Starting out
I started taking on commercial freelance projects in 2022. Working directly with clients taught me to translate business needs into technical solutions and take a product from requirements to launch.
From infrastructure to enterprise software
In 2023–2024, I supported IT operations at the Diyor retail chain: tills, data exchange, reporting and 1C integrations. At VatanICT, I worked on CRM, banking and government systems; at Rahsh Taxi, I developed the ride-hailing platform and a mobile call center. These roles shaped my focus on reliability, security and real business processes.
International projects
In 2025, I worked on a cryptocurrency product under a contract with Orzu IT LLC in Dubai while also delivering client web projects and call center solutions. Experience across industries helped me establish a complete delivery process: architecture, implementation, integrations, deployment and support.
Technical leadership
Today I’m CTO at Ofarandagon and the Hizmatrason product group. Since early 2026, I’ve led architecture, engineering processes and team development at Hizmatrason. I combine leadership with hands-on engineering: designing systems, building core components and supporting products after launch.

- the whole product: ASP.NET Core + PostgreSQL backend, Next.js / React frontend, React Native mobile apps;
- automated call centers and B2B systems;
- enterprise experience: CRMs, banking systems, 1C:Enterprise;
- production delivery and maintenance: Docker, CI/CD, monitoring.
