I’m Faris Rustamov, a Full Stack engineer from Dushanbe. Since 2022, I’ve built commercial products ranging from web apps and online stores to banking systems and telephony platforms.
Working across retail, enterprise software and international projects shaped my approach: understand the business problem, design a reliable system and stay responsible for it after launch. Today I’m CTO at Ofarandagon and the Hizmatrason product group.
