Hizmatrason product group (IT Park Dushanbe resident): FaceID — face- and geo-based time & attendance, electronic queuing, services aggregator. Since early 2026 I lead the technical direction: end-to-end architecture, engineering processes, hiring and mentoring, production ownership.
Context
Hizmatrason is an IT product group and an IT Park Tajikistan resident. Three products: FaceID (face- and geo-based time & attendance and access control), an electronic queuing system and a services aggregator. Customers range from restaurants and retail to service and public-sector organizations.
What I do as CTO
- end-to-end system architecture: backends, mobile apps, hardware integrations;
- engineering processes: code review, release cycles, quality standards;
- hiring and mentoring developers;
- production ownership: monitoring, incidents, SLA.
Stack & integrations
ASP.NET Core + PostgreSQL on the backend, React Native (Android) for mobile products. Integrations: Hikvision terminals, iiko, Telegram bots.
